Express Employment Professionals has openings for detail-oriented individuals to conduct anonymous evaluations of customer service and operational standards at various local establishments. As a Secret Shopper, you will pose as a regular customer to observe, interact, and report on your experience. This is a flexible Part time position. $20/hour + mileage
Conduct On-Site Visits: Visit designated retail, dining, or service locations during specified timeframes.
Evaluate Service Quality: Observe employee engagement, professionalism, and adherence to company protocols.
Perform Specific Tasks: Execute specific scenarios such as picking a product that requires age verification.
Detailed Reporting: Submit comprehensive, objective feedback and survey results within 24 hours of the visit.
