Finisher - 12 hr shift

Located in Sun Prairie, WI

Salary: $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Printing Press Assistants for a great opportunity in Sun Prairie! This independently owned and managed printing company specializes in high-quality printing and distribution services and is looking for motivated candidates interested in a new and exciting career opportunity. Previous experience in a printing environment is a plus, but not required.

 

Pay: $18.00/hour

 

Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, every other Saturday night, 6:00pm-6:00am

 

Work includes:

• Assisting with the setup and operation of printing machines
• Making boxes and labels for finished products
• Feeding pockets and stuffing envelopes
• Jogging, stacking, sorting, and boxing finished product
• Understanding job tickets and production specifications
• Conducting periodic quality checks
• Monitoring production and product quality
• Following customer packaging specifications
• Packing skids according to instructions
• Assisting with sorting, palletizing, and bagging mail per postal regulations
• Helping maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment

 

Qualifications:

• Previous printing environment experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
