Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a Uplhostery manufacturer/distribution center located in Manatee County, FL.
Job Duties: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person in both English and Spanish- Answer questions about upholstery services, fabrics, pricing, and timelines- Process orders, schedule appointments, and track project progress- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions- Maintain accurate customer records and service details- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Follow up with clients regarding completed work and feedbackQualifications:- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)- Previous customer service experience (preferred; upholstery or furniture industry a plus)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, order tracking)- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail- Sales experience or upselling ability- Scheduling or administrative support experience
