This role involves hands-on work in all aspects of outdoor construction — from building retaining walls and complete backyard remodels to crafting outdoor kitchens, decks, and docks. Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for detail, take pride in quality workmanship, and enjoy transforming outdoor spaces.
1+ years of experience in hardscaping, outdoor construction, or a related trade.
Familiarity with retaining wall systems, pavers, concrete, and carpentry.
Ability to read blueprints or follow project layouts.
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Must have at least 2+ references
