We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Technician to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper performance
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to maintenance
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Meet production goals and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent manufacturing experience required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
