Job Title: General Laborer (Temporary Project)

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Duration:
Approximately 2 months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable General Laborer for a temporary project. This role involves outdoor, hands-on work including digging, material handling, and site cleanup. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel dirt, stone, and concrete into trenches or designated areas
• Compact dirt and assist with site preparation
• Chip and break up concrete and hardened soil
• Perform power washing as needed
• Support general labor tasks to maintain workflow and site cleanliness
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted
• Basic English skills to understand and follow directions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods

Work Environment & Equipment:

• Outdoor work in various conditions
• Hard hat and safety goggles will be provided
• Steel-toe/work boots are required (must be provided by the associate)
