Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Packer

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our team in a unique warehouse environment specializing in flower bulbs. This role involves working in a variety of conditions, including refrigerated cooler rooms, dry storage areas, and greenhouses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle and move flower bulbs, soil bags, and related materials
• Stack and organize products on pallets using plastic crates
• Perform general warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
• Assist in meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
• Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience with order fulfillment and palletizing

Work Environment:

• Combination of refrigerated cooler rooms, dry storage, and greenhouse settings
• Physical, hands-on role involving lifting and movement throughout the shift
