General Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized Quality Control Supervisor to oversee a small QCIM team responsible for raw material management, finished product testing, label control, and documentation. This is a hands-on working supervisor role supporting daily quality operations in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to support communication across departments and documentation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QCIM team operations

• Ensure timely sampling of raw materials

• Manage retain sample programs for raw materials and finished products

• Coordinate submission of samples to external testing laboratories

• Oversee in-house testing procedures

• Manage label inventory control and inspection

• Report data accurately and on time using specification forms

• Create Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for supervisor approval

• Maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred (Nutraceutical, Cosmetics, OTC, Pet Products)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency with PC software; MS Office or Google Docs preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong listening skills and attention to detail

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
