Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Start Time: 4:00–7:00 AM | End Time: 1:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Route Sales Professionals for a well-known baked goods distribution company in Mason City. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy independent work, building customer relationships, and growing sales within a local route territory.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell and deliver fresh baked products to grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow sales and shelf space

  • Set up displays, ensure proper rotation, and execute promotions

  • Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities within your route

  • Take inventory counts and place product orders using handheld devices

  • Load and unload route trucks safely

  • Complete daily route settlements, DOT logs, and paperwork

  • Introduce new products and support merchandising programs

  • Follow all safety policies and DOT regulations

  • Promote company values and customer service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain a DOT medical card

  • 3–5 years of route sales, direct sales, or DSD experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and sales skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions

  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and perform frequent physical activity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer proficiency required

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
