We have been asked by a client in the Sheridan / Noblesville, IN area to help them find Lawn and Grounds Crew members. In this role, you will support lawn care, grounds maintenance, and general property upkeep by operating mowing equipment, assisting with landscaping projects, and performing hands-on outdoor labor to keep properties looking their best.

 

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
  Pay: $20.00 per hour +, based on experience
  Employment Type: Full-time (seasonal or year-round opportunities available)
  Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Some Saturdays as needed
• Full-time hours with opportunity for overtime

What will you do as a Lawn and Grounds Crew Member?

• Operate zero-turn and walk-behind mowers
• Perform string trimming, edging, and blowing
• Complete general labor and property maintenance tasks
• Assist with landscaping, cleanup, and seasonal projects
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
• Follow safety guidelines and team direction

What qualifications will you have as a Lawn and Grounds Crew Member?

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Landscaping, construction, trailer backing, or snow removal experience is a plus (not required)
