Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Pick and Pack Associate for a medical supply company in Everett. This is a full-time, evaluation‑hire opportunity offering steady hours, long‑term stability, and a team-focused environment. Pay is $20.77/hr working Monday–Friday, 9:00A a.m. – 5:30 p.m. 

Note: This position is not bus-line accessible and there are no sidewalks leading to the facility.

Duties include: 

• Pick, label, and package products using an RF scanner
• Finalize, palletize, and shrink‑wrap orders for shipment
• Accurately stock shelves and maintain organized inventory
• Perform heavy lifting, stacking, and pallet wrapping
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–5:30PM
• Pay: $20.77 per hour
• Location: Everett, WA (not accessible by public transit)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 solid months of warehouse experience with order picking
• Able to lift 50–60 lbs consistently
• Comfortable climbing ladders and being on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
