Hose Assembler / Warehouse Associate

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Hose Assembler / Warehouse associate for a company in Marysville, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position offering day shift hours.

The Hose Assembler / Warehouse role is primarily responsible for hose fabrication, gauge calibration, and accurate execution of manufacturing work orders in a fast-paced and detail-oriented fabrication environment. This position also supports warehouse operations, including material handling, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. Daily operations involve working with a diverse range of products such as hose assemblies, stainless steel fittings, biopharmaceutical valve assemblies, calibrated gauges, and customer sales orders. Accuracy in assembly, documentation, and material handling is critical to daily success.

Pay: $21–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Primary Duties – Hose Assembly & Fabrication

• Hose fabrication and assembly according to work orders and specifications
• Gauge calibration and repair
• Work order generation, electronic builds, and accurate documentation
• Assembly verification and quality-focused execution
• Document retention related to fabrication and builds
• Fulfilling and preparing fabricated assemblies for shipment

Secondary Duties – Warehouse & Logistics Support

• Physical and electronic receipt of inbound shipments
• Loading and unloading LTL shipments using pallet jack and/or forklift
• Order fulfillment, picking, and pulling customer sales orders
• Order packaging and shipping
• Customer and vendor returns processing
• Inventory put-away, organization, and cycle support
• Training kit maintenance and demo case management
• Box truck deliveries
• Maintaining cleaning and safety standards throughout the facility
• Maintain day-to-day warehouse and fabrication equipment and supplies

Technology Skills

• Computer competent
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for much of the shift
• Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. packages and occasionally lift 70–80 lbs.

Licensing & Compliance

• Valid Washington State driver’s license
• Proof of valid auto insurance
• Pre-employment background check required
