Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Seasonal Roadside Trimmer for the Tulalip area. This is a fulltime summer position on day shift.

We are seeking a dependable Seasonal worker to support the maintenance and upkeep of public roadways, parks, and common areas. This is an outdoor, hands‑on position that involves physical work, operating equipment, and interacting with the public while helping maintain safe and welcoming public spaces.

Work Schedule

• Up to 40 hours per week
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Must be flexible to respond if there is a storm-related emergency, including the occasional evening, weekend, or holiday.

Key Responsibilities

• Weed eating and tree trimming along roadsides and common areas
• Picking up garbage throughout venues, centers, and outdoor recreational areas
• Assisting with site and street utility repairs and excavations
• Performing road repairs and patching as needed
• Pressure washing and cleaning building exteriors
• Providing traffic control and assisting staff during events
• Operating park vehicles safely and responsibly
• Working in a public setting
• Completing additional tasks and projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Must submit to pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to multitask and work independently without immediate supervision
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Able to work with cleaners and chemicals
• Flexible availability, including emergency response during storms
