Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Bilingual HR Assistant for a company located in Marysville. This is a full-time, temporary position to assist during a busy season. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and the pay rate is $24 per hour. Candidates must be fluent in both speaking and reading English and Spanish.
The Bilingual Human Resource Assistant supports site Human Resources by assisting with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications. This role will create a professional and welcoming front office environment and plays an important part in supporting hiring, onboarding, and administrative HR functions.
- Front Desk & Office Support (Primary Responsibility)
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, determining the nature of their visit, and directing them appropriately. Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide general information. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages and assist with outgoing shipments. Support general office coordination and upkeep of common areas.
- Recruitment & Hiring
Support recruitment efforts for all open positions. Review employment applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications. Partner with supervisors to screen candidates and coordinate hiring decisions. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Conduct reference checks and assist with extending job offers. Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate & Employee Support
Assist walk-in applicants and respond to phone inquiries regarding the application process. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to support clear communication. Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for candidates and employees.
- Onboarding & HR Administration
Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes. Support new hire orientation and ensure accurate entry of employee data into HR systems. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee personnel files. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Operations & Coordination
Support planning and coordination of meetings, trainings, and employee events. Manage inventory of office and safety supplies and place orders as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, including Safety, to support site initiatives. Perform administrative duties, special projects, and other assignments as needed.
