Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Customer Service Support Technician for an equipment-focused company located in Marysville, WA. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent position offering day shift hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Customer Service Support Technician will field phone calls from commercial customers to help walk them through troubleshooting for equipment, installs, and service operations. This role blends customer support, documentation, troubleshooting over the phone. Candidates should have hands-on technical experience, such as HVAC, appliance repair, mechanical work, or significant home repair experience.
 
This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked as a general repair tech with solid computer skills who is ready to transition into an office role.
 
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answer technical service calls and requests for assistance, including occasional after-hours and weekend calls
  • Troubleshoot equipment and service-related problems over the phone
  • Log and track service calls in the company database
  • Process customer purchase orders, including accurate data entry
  • Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls and related correspondence
  • Create and maintain qualified servicer and installer lists
  • Participate in installer and servicer training programs
  • Create and maintain part numbers and bills of materials
  • Develop and update service bulletins
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on technical or mechanical experience (HVAC, appliance repair, equipment servicing, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused mindset
