Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications

• Follow all safety, quality, and stacking procedures

• Trim excess material and remove defects using hand tools

• Perform flame splay as needed

• Stack, bundle, and palletize finished products

• Work closely with production teams to meet daily output goals

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Ability to visually inspect products and identify defects

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

Requirements

• No prior experience required – training provided

• No minimum education requirement

• Must be able to read and write in English

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods of time

• Perform repetitive motions

• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Use hands and arms for handling materials

• Ability to climb stairs or ladders as needed

• Must wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection)
