Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and industrial systems. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting background, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production equipment
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and equipment documentation
Install, calibrate, and adjust new or rebuilt equipment as needed
Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
Collaborate with production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
Recommend upgrades or improvements to machinery, systems, and processes

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical, or electrical experience
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields
Experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives, and automated machinery
Forklift operation experience
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs

Compensation & Schedule

$23 - 30/hr
