Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist Summary:

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re currently hiring a Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist and would love to connect with you!

This is a key role within a busy service operation where you’ll be the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and the office. If you’re highly organized, customer-focused, and great at multitasking, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and emergency calls
• Provide real-time updates and excellent customer service
• Track schedules, service orders, and communications
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
• Assist with permits and learn internal software systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or high-call environments preferred
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills (Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems)

This role sits at the front desk, so professionalism and a personable attitude are key—you’ll be the first impression for both customers and visitors.
