Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is immediately searching for an Inventory Control Coordinator. In this role, you'll oversee field/distributor inventory, ensuring accuracy and communication. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, traceability, and reconciling inventory to support department goals, optimize inventory levels, and improve customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Use inventory systems (SMS, ZSIS, DCS, FedEx) to manage and monitor inventory flow.
• Investigate inventory variances, resolve disputes and recommend solutions.
• Manage return/exchange of expired/calibrated products between warehouse and field.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc inventory reports, reconciling discrepancies daily.
• Support communication related to distributor account terminations.
• Assist with strategic inventory requests and asset recovery.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensures compliance with FDA and ISO standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional travel (up to 5%).
