Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Full-Time Hours)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rental Pump Mechanic to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing rental pump equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability for field operations and customer use.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair rental pumps and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues
• Prepare equipment for rental, ensuring it is clean, tested, and job-ready
• Document repairs, maintenance, and inspections accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on pumps, diesel engines, or similar mechanical equipment required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a shop or outdoor environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred
