Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Full-Time Hours)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Rig Support Technician to assist with day-to-day operations at drilling and service sites in the Shreveport area. This role is essential in ensuring equipment is maintained, materials are handled properly, and crews have the support needed to operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with rig setup, teardown, and general site preparation
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
• Support drilling and service crews as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous oilfield or labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
• Willingness to work long hours, including Saturdays
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
