Are you looking for a stable career in food production with competitive pay and room to grow? Our established food manufacturing facility in Springfield, OH is currently seeking dedicated Assembly Line Production Workers to join our team across all three shifts!

🏭 Position Details:

* **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM to 4:00PM Monday-Friday with mandatory overtime every 4th Saturday - $14.00/hr
* **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday-Friday with mandatory overtime every 4th Saturday - $14.50/hr
* **3rd Shift:** 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday-Friday - $14.50/hr

📋 What You'll Do:

• Work on various production lines (bottling, labeling, capping, etc.)
• Rotate positions hourly to maintain efficiency and reduce fatigue
• Maintain a clean appearance adhering to strict food safety standards
• Lift and move materials/products up to 40 pounds
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

✅ Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Non-slip shoes required
• Previous assembly or production experience preferred but not required
