Salary: $22/hr.+ (DOE)

We are currently looking for a qualified Machine Operator for a company located in Hardeeville, SC. 

Pay: $22.00/hr. (DOE)

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities: 

-Prepare machinery for operation by performing routine maintenance tasks and conducting safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
-Set up and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
-Monitor machines during operation to ensure that they are producing products that meet quality standards.
-Conduct regular in-process inspections to ensure quality control standards.
-Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments to fix any issues that arise during the production process.
-Record data such as production numbers, machine settings, and product quality data.
-Follow safety protocols and adhere to the proper use of PPE to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other employees.
-Consistently meet production requirements.
-Continuously work in a safe manner and maintain a safe and clean work area.
-Follow company rules and guidelines.
-Comply with cross-training and other training requirements.
-Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

hysical stamina and dexterity are also important qualities as the job involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to speak and read English effectively.
Ability to read and interpret gauges and record measurements.
