Express Employment Professionals is hiring Seasonal Nursery Workers for a local garden and nursery center in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Seasonal Nursery Worker

Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Season: Spring–Summer (with potential yearly return)
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Water plants, flowers, shrubs, and other nursery stock
  • Stock shelves, organize displays, and count inventory
  • Assist customers and help at checkout during busy times
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming nursery environment
  • Support general nursery tasks as needed

What You Bring

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay on task
  • Friendly, presentable appearance (you’ll be around customers often)

Experience

  • No experience required
  • Customer service background helpful

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
