You Must Have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized
  • Professional demeanor and a team-first attitude

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with office management, scheduling, or bookkeeping
