About the Role We’re looking for an experienced, hospitality‑driven Tasting Room Manager to lead our tasting room operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and has a passion for wine, service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily tasting room operations, ensuring a welcoming and memorable guest experience
Lead, train, and schedule tasting room staff
Manage wine club sign‑ups, member engagement, and customer relationships
Coordinate tastings, private events, and group reservations
Maintain inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate POS transactions
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
Uphold brand standards, tasting room cleanliness, and compliance with ABC regulations
Collaborate with marketing and winemaking teams on promotions, releases, and events
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, tasting room management, or retail leadership
Strong knowledge of wine and enthusiasm for sharing it with others
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and event evenings
Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs
