We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven individual to support their Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) team during a maternity leave coverage.

This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role where you’ll help keep safety systems running smoothly, ensure compliance tasks stay on track, and support a high-performing team.

Even better—you’ll have the opportunity to train alongside the current HSE specialist before they step away, setting you up for success from day one.

What You’ll Do

Manage and maintain safety documentation (inspections, audits, compliance records)
Track and compile safety data using Excel and internal systems
Help coordinate audits, reporting, and compliance activities
Perform facility walkthroughs to support safety checks and processes
Ensure tasks are completed on time across daily, weekly, and monthly schedules

What You Bring

Strong administrative or coordination experience
Comfort working in Excel (data entry, tracking, basic formulas)
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple priorities
Clear, professional communication

Bonus (not required):

OSHA, safety, or compliance-related experience
Background in manufacturing, operations, or quality
