We’re looking for a motivated, people‑focused Recruiter to join our internal team. This role is perfect for new graduates eager to launch a meaningful career in HR, recruiting, or business operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate with a supportive team, and help connect great people with great opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and recommend tailored staffing solutions
• Recruit and interview candidates based on client requirements, skillsets, and culture fit
• Manage the full hiring process — interviewing, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
• Support day-to-day HR needs including attendance, scheduling, performance discussions, and more
• Participate in inside sales initiatives to help grow our client base
• Collaborate with teammates to identify priorities and improve processes
• Promote Express as a “Best Place to Work” within the community
• Perform additional duties as needed to support office success

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
• Experience in a professional office setting is a plus, but not required
• A people-first mindset and genuine interest in helping others succeed
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to make decisions, multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively
• High energy, self-motivation, and a desire to grow your career
