In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery to ensure optimal production performance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Repair or replace defective machine components
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Basic understanding of PLCs is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
