Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and team leadership. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Create and manage detailed production schedules to meet customer demand
• Determine material requirements and adjust plans to resolve delays or shortages

Operational Oversight

• Supervise daily production floor operations in a manufacturing environment
• Manage raw material inventory and ensure machinery is fully operational

Quality & Safety Control

• Enforce compliance with quality standards and workplace safety regulations
• Conduct inspections and lead ongoing safety training initiatives

Team Leadership & Management

• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff
• Foster a positive, safe, and high-performance work environment

Performance Optimization

• Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing practices

Reporting & Metrics

• Prepare reports on production performance, operational efficiency, and costs for senior management
