Maintenance Position - Property

Salary: $20 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Maintenance Technician position with an Apartment Complex in Hopkinsville, KY. This position will pay $20 per hour, and candidates will work 1 day per week. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartments for move-in
• Perform basic repairs, cleaning support, minor plumbing repairs
• Replace light bulb and fixtures; basic electrical
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have previous Property Maintenance experience
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must have own transportation
