Recruiter – Full Time | Fast‑Paced, People‑Driven Role

We’re looking for a sales‑oriented, high‑energy Recruiter who loves helping people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong people skills, the ability to multitask, and the discipline to stay organized under pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
• Make high‑volume recruiting and sales calls to engage talent
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Promote job opportunities and match qualified candidates to open positions
• Manage job postings, applicant flow, and daily follow‑ups
• Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and compliance records
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and administrative tasks

• Ability to type 40+ words per minute
• Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, call‑center, or recruiting experience
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools
• Comfort working in a performance‑driven environment
