Supervision & Workforce Coordination
Supervise plant utility workers and assign daily tasks related to cleaning, utility work, and operator coverage.
Ensure adequate staffing and coverage across multiple plant areas.
Operational Support & Cross-Training
Train and support utility employees in filling various operator positions throughout the plant.
Step in to perform operator or utility duties as needed after training.
Communication, Safety & Compliance
Communicate effectively with management and plant teams regarding operations, staffing, and safety concerns.
Complete required written reports and ensure all safety and plant procedures are followed.
