Pay is based on experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in machining is a plus.
• Experience with Calipers and Squares is a plus.
• Experience with working with sheet metal.
• Proficient in reading drawings and basic instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of tooling.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and commitment to safety.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have knowledge of tool usage. Power tools and handheld.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble equipment and components using basic hand and power tools.
• Drill and tap aluminum and stainless-steel parts.
• Perform simple sheet metal work as needed.
• Assist with basic airline (pneumatic) and low-voltage wiring.
• Help move, stage, and prepare equipment for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
