Job Title: Warranty Coordinator
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to schedule in-house technicians and provide excellent customer service throughout the warranty process. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with construction or scheduling experience are highly preferred. This position offers great opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate in-house technicians
• Maintain and follow up on two daily logs
• Conduct customer wellness calls and provide updates
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in internal team meetings
• Handle a moderate volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support

Qualifications:

• Previous scheduling or construction industry experience required
• Strong customer service (CSR) background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and dependable
