Repair Technician

Located in Middletown, CT

Salary: $18-22/hr

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and systems while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced in troubleshooting a variety of technical and mechanical issues.

Location: Middletown, CT

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Pay rate: $18-22/hr, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot issues and determine effective solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate repair needs and timelines with customers or team members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Good communication and customer service skills
