Order Selector/Assembly – 1st Shift

Location: Holland, M
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour 

A growing manufacturing facility in the Holland area is hiring an Order Selector/Assembler. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity for someone who is comfortable moving to other areas on the production team, using hand tools, and selecting orders. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble vehicle doors and other products in a production setting

• Use hand tools including drills, saws, and measuring tools

• Accurately read and use a tape measure

• Follow written work instructions and production guidelines

• Assist in different areas of production as needed

• Accurately pick parts in a specific order

• Maintain quality standards and take pride in craftsmanship

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, order picking or hands-on assembly experience preferred

• Comfortable using hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Willingness to move between departments as needed

Work Environment:

• 1st shift only

• Manufacturing/Warehouse setting
