Schedule: Contract Position (May–November)

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 PM – 6:30 AM

The Production Floor Onsite Coordinator supports nightly production operations by overseeing 40–60 production workers, ensuring smooth workflow, and serving as the primary on‑site point of contact for temporary associates. This role combines leadership, communication, and hands‑on production work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 40–60 production workers during the shift
• Act as the main on‑site liaison between temporary associates and the off‑site recruiter
• Communicate staffing needs, attendance issues, performance concerns, and workplace situations promptly
• Check in new associates at the start of each shift and help them get oriented
• Explain timeclock procedures and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Monitor the production floor and escalate issues or operational challenges as needed
• Work alongside the team performing production tasks for the majority of the shift
• Use Excel and Outlook to track information, communicate updates, and support shift operations

Physical & Operational Duties

• Move boxes of inventory between storage locations (average 10 lbs, max 25 lbs)
• Walk several miles per shift across a large warehouse
• Lift, stand, and remain mobile throughout the entire shift
• Use carts and wear cut‑resistant gloves (provided)
• No power tools or powered vehicles required

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with extensive walking
• Strong attention to detail, especially when matching numbers
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
