Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an On-Site Construction Superintendent to oversee a project and execute the daily quality control tasks to ensure that construction aligns with the specified contract. The responsibilities include direct supervision, assessment of the complete documentation and physical inspection stages of the workflow, collaborating with both internal personnel and external parties to create and document a quality outcome.

Duties

• Work with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and procurement teams to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects for federal, state, and local government clients.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Coordinate weekly site visits, inspections, and meetings with stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for government agencies, ensuring that all reporting, communication, and documentation adhere to contract standards.
• Maintain correct project records and assist with audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, prevailing wage rules, and project specifications.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Project management certification preferred
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience
• Proficient with Procore
