Production Associate (Equipment Supplier, Aurora, OH)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

Pay: $22/hr

Environment: Climate‑controlled, clean facility with a carpeted packaging department for added comfort

Position Overview

Join a well‑established equipment supplier in Aurora, OH, working in a modern, climate‑controlled packaging department. This role focuses on preparing customer orders for shipment through packaging and sorting.

Key Responsibilities

Load parcels and prepare outgoing shipments
Package products securely according to company standards
Make boxes/stacking totes
Sort completed packages for outbound processing
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work Environment & Requirements

Climate‑controlled facility; packaging area is carpeted for comfortable standing
Steel‑toe boots required
Dress code allows shorts, tank tops, and t‑shirts (no cut‑offs or spaghetti straps)
Fast‑paced but clean, organized, and employee‑friendly environment
