Salary: $27-31/hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing facility in the Lafayette area. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining equipment, supporting facility operations, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Pay: $27–$31/hour (based on experience)Location: Lafayette, IN areaSchedule: Flexible, set schedule (Training on 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Repair and replace pneumatic hoses
Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery
Complete safety-related projects and improvements
Perform blade changes and routine equipment maintenance
Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
