Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our commercial accounts and drive new business opportunities. This role focuses on consultative selling, long-term client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B clients including corporations, developers, architects, designers, and facility managers
  • Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and product presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, specifications, pricing, and project timelines
  • Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Stay current on product offerings, design trends, and industry developments
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications:

  • (Preferred but not required) - 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial furnishings, construction, interiors, or adjacent industries preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling to architects, designers, dealers, or corporate clients
  • Knowledge of commercial furniture systems, interiors, or contract environments
  • Background in project-based or solution-based sales
