Express Employment Professionals Dayton South is now hiring a CNC Mill Haas Machinist in Moraine, OH at $23.00/hr. and up, depending on experience.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & Operation: Safely set up and operate Haas mills, load raw materials, and run production parts according to job travelers
• Programming & Editing: Load, edit, or create G-code/M-code programs directly on the Haas controller, including setting tool lengths and work offsets
• Inspection & Quality: Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to perform first-piece and in-process inspections, ensuring adherence to blueprints and GD&T specifications
• Maintenance & Maintenance: Perform routine operator-level maintenance, such as checking oil/coolant levels, cleaning chips, and maintaining a clean work area
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or tool issues to prevent downtime

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1-3+ years of experience operating Haas CNC milling machines
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Haas CNC controls, tooling, fixturing, and G-code
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is highly preferred
