Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

A well-established manufacturing facility in Fairless Hills is seeking a dependable Spooler Operator Helper to support production on 2nd shift. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Spooler Operator with setup and operation of spooling equipment
• Load and unload materials onto machines
• Help monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
• Keep materials organized and production flowing efficiently
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, stacking, and packaging
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Steel toe boots required
