Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Shifts:

* 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

* 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

 

We are seeking dependable Operators to join a growing Heat Treat team. This is a great opportunity to join a company that is expanding into a brand-new, larger facility in Windsor — creating strong opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Operate and monitor industrial heat-treat furnaces

* Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

* Maintain temperature and production logs

* Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance

* Support production and quality standards

 

Qualifications:

 

* Manufacturing or heat-treat experience preferred

* Strong attention to detail and safety

* Reliable and motivated with a willingness to learn

* Interest in long-term growth opportunities
