Job Title: Slitter Machine Operator
Location: Fairless Hills, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
A well-established manufacturing facility in Fairless Hills is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Slitter Machine Operator to join their team. This is a steady, full-time opportunity on a consistent first-shift schedule with a company that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor slitter machines to cut materials to specified sizes
• Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer specifications
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Read and interpret work orders and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating slitter machines or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Steel toe boots required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
