Office Coordinator – Part-Time (30 hrs/week)

We’re looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Office Coordinator to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This role blends customer service, logistics coordination, and administrative support—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and expedite shipments

  • Manage A/R, A/P, and invoicing

  • Schedule production runs and coordinate materials

  • Oversee purchasing and maintain inventory levels

  • Arrange LTL freight and UPS shipping

  • Resolve billing inquiries and provide customer support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • Understanding of manufacturing or production processes

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain

  • Strong customer service background

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

  • High attention to detail
