What You’ll Do

  • Process customer orders and expedite shipments

  • Handle A/R, A/P, and invoicing

  • Schedule production runs and coordinate materials

  • Manage purchasing and monitor inventory levels

  • Arrange LTL freight and UPS shipping

  • Resolve billing questions and support customers

What You Bring

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • Understanding of manufacturing or production processes

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain

  • Strong customer service background

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

  • High attention to detail
