What You'll Do

• Guide new hires through onboarding and employment requirements
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Conduct outreach and follow-up communication
• Match qualified candidates with career opportunities
• Utilize CRM and recruiting technology platforms
• Support client satisfaction and business growth

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using technology and digital systems
• Organized, motivated, and results-oriented
• Interest in recruiting, sales, account management, or workforce development
• Staffing, customer service, recruiting, or sales experience is a plus
