Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Member Services Representative for a reputable Banking Institution in Brandon, FL. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and responsible for delivering exceptional service while assisting members with a variety of financial needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new accounts and assist members with account management inquiries.
• Initiate loan applications and guide members through the loan process.
• Assist with credit card applications and related services.
• Perform teller duties as needed, including deposits, withdrawals, and other basic transactions.
• Provide members with accurate information about banking products and services.
• Handle member concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
• May need to travel to other branches for coverage.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Rotating Saturdays required.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior banking experience is required.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and office technology.
  • High volume cash handling experience.
